2. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing any product, service, ticket, programme, or payment plan from Elevate Your Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all online sales, digital products, and in-person events.

3. Products & Services

We provide:

• • Digital content and online training
• • Hybrid programmes (online + live delivery)
• • In-person events
• • Event tickets, workshops, and experiences

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed purchases will not be affected.

5. Cooling-Off Period & Right to Cancel

You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase unless delivery has begun.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• • You request immediate access to digital content, online materials, or event access
• • Once delivery has begun, your right to cancel is waived
• • Access to content, materials, platforms, or events constitutes delivery

Where delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once delivery of the product or service has been met, including but not limited to:

• • Digital products once accessed
• • Online programmes once access is granted
• • Live events once attended or where materials or access have been provided

Refunds are not issued for partial use, change of mind, or non-attendance.

This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

7. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is selected:

• • All instalments must be paid in full
• • Payment plans are a binding commitment, not a subscription
• • Failure to complete payments does not cancel the agreement
• • Access may be paused or removed if payments fail, but the outstanding balance remains payable

We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances.

8. Events, Attendance & Behaviour

For in-person events:

• • You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings
• • We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate
• • Removal does not entitle you to a refund

Event details may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Where material changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice. Behaviour that is considered unsafe, promoting or inciting violence or hatred inclusive of but not exclusive to; gender, sexuality, cultural, racial, disability or  fat phobic will result in removal from the online or physical space with no refund. 

9. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may take place at events.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing prior to or during the event.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, training, and resources are the intellectual property of Zero Gravity Events Ltd.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
